The Board of Directors of the Meeks Bay Fire Protection District is comprised of five elected officials.

President: Edward I. Miller (Director since 1982)

Vice President: Nicholas J. Kromydas (Director since 1986)

Secretary/Treasurer: Jane L. Warmack (Director since 1997)

Director: Bruce C. Massie (Director since 1998)

Director: Stephen W. Hyde (Director since 2006)
